Delete your Battle Arena Worlds data
Battle Arena Worlds by ST Projects · package com.stprojects.battlearenaworlds
Battle Arena Worlds has no sign-up. After you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, the game signs you in to Epic Online Services with an anonymous player account tied to your phone, and your shop wallet (coins, gems and the cosmetics you own) is kept on our server under that account's player ID. If you chose to sign in with Google, Epic also links your Google account to that player ID. This page explains how to have that data deleted.
Delete in the game (recommended)
- Open Battle Arena Worlds and connect to the internet.
- Go to the Settings tab. Under Account, tap Delete my data.
- Confirm twice. If a purchase is still being confirmed, the game warns you first.
The deletion happens straight away. The game then starts a new, empty player account on your phone. If you uninstalled the game but had signed in with Google, you can still do this: reinstall it, sign in with the same Google account in Settings, then tap Delete my data.
Or ask us by email
If you can't use the game, email battlearenaunlimited@gmail.com with the subject "Battle Arena Worlds data deletion" and include either:
- your player code, shown in the game under Settings > Account (tap it to copy it); or
- the order number (it starts with GPA.) from the Google Play receipt of any gem or starter pack purchase you made in the game. You can find it in the receipt email from Google Play, or in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history. Our purchase records link that order to your player ID, which is how we find your wallet.
We will reply within 30 days, and we will confirm when your data has been deleted. When we delete it by email, your phone still holds the same player ID, so the game will open a new, empty wallet under it the next time it starts. To stop that, clear the game's data or uninstall it, before or after you write to us.
If you have never bought anything and no longer have the game, your wallet is filed only under a random player ID with no name, email or contact details, and we have no way to identify it.
What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your wallet: coins, gems, owned and equipped cosmetics, starter pack status, daily coin and monthly spending totals, when it was created and last changed | Deleted from our live database immediately |
| The earlier versions of your wallet (up to 2) | Deleted from our live database immediately |
| The records of matches and purchases credited to your wallet | Deleted from our live database immediately. A purchase that was already credited can't be credited again to another account. |
| Your player ID on your purchase records, and the account tag Google Play reported for each order | Removed from our live database immediately |
| Your session with our server | Ended |
| Purchase and order records (product, order number, purchase time, status, refund details) | Kept for 7 years after the purchase for tax, refunds and fraud prevention, without your player ID, then deleted automatically by a daily clean-up job, with their refund and cancellation notices |
| Copies of the data above in our encrypted database backups (a point-in-time recovery history of the last 7 days, daily backups kept for 7 days, weekly backups kept for 14 weeks) | Backups can't be edited, so deleted data stays in them until they expire: up to 14 weeks. We use them only to recover from data loss or to restore a player's wallet at their request, never to bring back a deleted wallet. |
| Server logs (time, request type and result, IP address, device user agent, and on some lines the first 12 characters of your player ID, the product, the order number, items bought or coins credited) | Deleted automatically by Google Cloud after about 30 days (the default) |
Deleted coins, gems and cosmetics, including those bought with gems, cannot be restored. If you play again, you start with an empty wallet. Google Play keeps its own records of your payments, including the account tag (a one-way hash of your player ID) on each order, and we cannot remove them.
Data held by Epic
Epic Games, which provides the sign-in and online matches, holds a record for your player ID: the anonymous device ID, the generated player name (for example Player4821), your phone's make and model, and, if you signed in with Google, the link to your Google account. Deleting in the game also removes the Google link and the device ID from Epic, so nobody can sign in to that player ID again. Epic keeps the rest of the record under the Epic Games Privacy Policy. Deleting your data by email does not change Epic's record.
Data on your phone
Deleting in the game also removes the shop files from your phone (the copy of your wallet, purchases waiting to be sent, your answer to the age question and this month's spending total), the record of your Google sign-in and the Epic device ID. Your settings and level stay on the phone. They are never sent to our server.
To remove everything the game keeps on your phone, clear the app's storage in Android settings (Settings > Apps > Battle Arena Worlds > Storage > Clear storage) or uninstall the app. On its own, this does not delete the wallet on our server. The app turns off Android's backup and device transfer, so Android keeps no copy of this data in your Google account's backup and does not move it to a new phone.
