Deinosuchus Lives has no account or sign-in. Your progress, settings, Amber and items are saved only on your phone. If you bought Amber or the starter pack with real money, our server also keeps a record of each purchase, filed with a random install ID that the game created on your phone. This page explains how to delete both.
Data on your phone
Clear the app's storage in Android settings (Settings > Apps > Deinosuchus Lives > Storage > Clear storage) or uninstall the app. This deletes everything the game keeps on your phone, including your progress, Amber, items and install ID. It cannot be undone. (Reset all progress in the game's Settings is not enough: it clears your progress but keeps your Amber, items and install ID.) If your phone backs up app data to your Google account, or copied it from an old phone, you can manage that in your phone's backup settings.
Purchase records on our server
Before you clear the app's storage, note your player code, shown in the game under Settings. Then email battlearenaunlimited@gmail.com with the subject "Deinosuchus Lives data deletion" and include either:
- your player code; or
- the order number (it starts with GPA.) from the Google Play receipt of any purchase you made in the game. You can find it in the receipt email from Google Play, or in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.
We will reply within 30 days, and we will confirm when your data has been deleted. If you have never bought anything in the game, we hold no data about you.
What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long

Google Play keeps its own records of your payments, including the account tag (a one-way hash of your install ID) on each order, and we cannot remove them.
