Battle Arena Worlds Terms of Service

Effective 25 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ST Projects ("we", "us"), an independent developer based in the United States, about your use of Battle Arena Worlds (the "game"), the Android app published under the package name com.stprojects.battlearenaworlds. By tapping Accept, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play the game.

1. Who can play

Battle Arena Worlds is a combat game that is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Real-money purchases are only for players who are 18 or older. Before your first real-money purchase, the game asks whether you are 18 or older, and it turns real-money purchases off on that phone for players who say they are younger (coins still work). The game also limits real-money purchases to US$200 per calendar month (UTC): the game checks the limit on your phone, and our server checks it for your account, before the Google Play purchase screen opens.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on your own devices for your own entertainment. We, and our licensors, own the game and everything in it, including its code, characters, maps, art, names, sounds and music. These terms don't give you any ownership of the game.

3. Coins, gems and cosmetics

Coins, gems and the cosmetic items in the shop are virtual items. You earn coins by playing matches; gems are bought with real money. When you earn or buy virtual items, you get a licence to use them in the game. They are not real money or property, have no value outside the game, can't be exchanged for money or sold, and can't be transferred to another player. Coins are never converted into gems.

The shop sells cosmetics only: they change how your hero, drone, car, glider and effects look and sound, never how a match is won.

We may change how virtual items work, their prices, how many coins a match pays and the daily coin limit, for example to balance the game.

Your coins, gems and items are kept on our server under your player account (see section 7). You lose them if you delete your data, or if you lose access to your player account, for example by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game without having signed in with Google.

4. Purchases

Gems and the starter pack are bought through Google Play, and Google Play's terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown by Google Play before you pay, and each product shows what it gives. The starter pack can be bought once per account, during the first 7 days of the account. Some shop items are sold only on the days they are in the shop's daily selection, which changes every day at 00:00 UTC.

The shop has no loot boxes or random paid items: every price buys exactly what it shows.

Our server adds gems to your wallet after it has checked the purchase with Google Play. If the connection drops after you have paid, the purchase is kept and added the next time the game reaches our server. RESTORE on the gem screen asks Google Play again for purchases that were paid but not yet added.

5. Refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds go through Google Play too:

Apart from the cases above, and as far as the law allows, purchases are final once they have been added to your wallet. Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund that you have under the law where you live.

6. No ads

Battle Arena Worlds shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK.

7. Your player account and saves

Once you have accepted these terms, the game signs you in to Epic Online Services in the background with an anonymous player account that is tied to your phone. You don't need an email address or a password.

We work to keep online play and your wallet reliable, but we can't promise that they will always be available, or that lost data can always be recovered.

8. Online play and fair play

Solo matches against computer-controlled players (bots) work offline. Online matches need an internet connection: one player's phone hosts each match, the other phones connect to it through Epic Online Services, and bots fill the rest of the match. Other players see your player name, your hero and the cosmetics you wear. The game has no text chat and no voice chat. Players with a different version of the game can't join the same online match, so you may need to update the game to keep playing online.

Please play fair. Don't cheat, hack or modify the game, use bugs or exploits, use automated tools to play for you, interfere with other players' matches or with our servers, or try to get coins, gems or items without earning or paying for them. To the extent the law allows, don't copy, decompile or reverse engineer the game. If you break these rules, we may remove coins, gems or items gained that way, or stop your player account from using our server.

9. Changes to the game

We may update the game, and change or remove features, characters, maps, modes, shop items or offers. Some updates may be needed to keep playing online or to use the shop.

If we stop offering the game: we may end the game, or its online features, at any time. We'll try to give at least 30 days' notice in the game, and we'll stop selling gems and the starter pack once we announce it. When the game ends, any coins, gems or items you have are lost, and you won't receive a refund or compensation for them, except where the law where you live requires it.

10. Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the game collects and how it is used. You can open it from the welcome screen and from Settings > Account.

11. No warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it will meet your needs.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items or progress. Our total liability to you for any claim about the game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or US$10. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Ending this agreement

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the game, and you can delete your data first in the game (Settings > Account > Delete my data). We may suspend or end your use of the game's online features if you break these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the game shows the new version and asks you to accept it before you keep playing. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The game also asks again when the Privacy Policy changes.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are to be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
